At Solven.Co, we're committed to providing high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To start a return, please contact us at support@solven.co. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@solven.co.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processing or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, you may return your eligible item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Solven.Co will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank.
